Configuring NetDocs web to Send Attachments via Outlook

If clicking the “Email Copy” button in NetDocuments on Chrome presents you with a NetDocuments internal email window like the one below, it may be that “Desktop Email Integration” is not configured…

Configure / Update User “Settings” in NetDocuments / Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and log in to your NetDocuments Account
  2. Go to your name in the top right (Hi, “Adriana”)
  3. Select Settings > Application Settings
  4. Your setting should be as shown below, specifically be sure that “Desktop Email Integration” is checked. Log out and back into NetDocuments. If Outlook still does not pop or if another email client (like Microsoft Mail) pops instead, you may need to configure your Window’s Default Apps.
